This Model Ecdm-400S-AUTO enable testing maximum of 208 LEDs on the test head. Once a test board accepting 208 LEDs is set in a X-Y robot, ESD 测试 including zapping and damage detection of every LED is performed by the command from PC.

This model is to test ESD immunity, such as LEDs, transistors, MOS devices, diodes and MEMS.
