Model 1100-ESD

	The Model 1100-ESD can easily and accurately perform ESD tests (HBM, MM) on ICs up to 64 pins. Also, all common pin combinations required by the standard can be realized.
	In order to determine the ESD model with the ESD pulse generation unit attached to the 3-axis robot, we are preparing for the waveform standard which is updated once every few years.
