High Voltage Electromigration Tester Model 6800

The Model 6800 Sereis allows high voltage electromigration test for the HV insulator film in or outside oven.

Test samples can be divided in 4 blocks (groups) and each block may be tested by diferrent voltage as well as different test time/period.

Test time can be dramatically decreased by a as high as 2KV.The standard system includes 4 blocks.
