Electro-static discharge (ESD) problems frequently occur in the environment where most advanced electron devices or instruments are handled.
Typical examples include damage or degradation of electron devices in the assembling line, failure of PC, computer and other electronics systems.
Most of the reasons why PC freeze are ESDs.
Human is the major element that causes ESD because it moves free.
To suppress electro-static charge caused by human body, anti-static wear, shoes, floor and wrist strap are used, but chairs are also important.
Friction is the major source of static charge.
Though you use anti-static wear, shoes and floor, both human body and chair are charged by sitting up and down because of friction.
Some chairs may cause ESD soon after human left from it.
The EMI generated by this ESD triggers failure of neighboring instruments.
It is reported that this ESD occur in the gas cylinder.
All Gibo/Kodama chairs do not cause this problem.
Please use these chairs over the grounded conductive floor.

Anti-static chairs discharge the electro-static charge of the human body by a safe speed, through the dissipative resistance, though static charge is generated by friction between clothes or body and back or seat, or by contact between human body and chair if it is located on the conductive floor. If floor is isolated from ground, it does not work. Please use on the conductive floor.
